BITS Alumni Relations Managers Recruitment 2026: Overview

Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (BITS Pilani) is hiring two kinds of Manager roles for its Alumni Relations Division. Both positions focus on building long-term alumni and donor relationships, but one centres on engagement and stewardship while the other leads annual giving and small-donation programmes. The roles may be based in Pilani, Jaipur or Gurugram, giving the division flexibility to place the selected managers near key alumni communities.

This recruitment is aimed at experienced professionals from higher education or non-profit environments. You should be comfortable working across campaigns, community programmes, donor communication and relationship systems rather than treating fundraising as a one-time transaction. Post-wise Duties

Manager - Alumni Engagement and Stewarding

You will design alumni engagement programmes, maintain relationships with graduates and make sure donors receive consistent updates on the impact of their support. The work also involves coordinating events, community initiatives and stewardship communication across different alumni groups.

Manager - Annual Giving and Small Donations

You will plan annual-giving campaigns, build small-donor participation and use digital or CRM tools to track outreach and response. You will also improve donor servicing, coordinate campaign communication and turn recurring engagement into a reliable giving programme.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Experience profile: Both roles need substantial relevant experience, including a meaningful period in a higher-education institution or non-profit organisation.
• Place of work: The notification allows posting at Pilani, Jaipur or Gurugram, depending on the Institute's requirement.
