ANSAS Multi-Post Recruitment 2026: Overview
Andaman and Nicobar State AYUSH Society (ANSAS) is building its team for the National AYUSH Mission through this contractual recruitment. Post-wise Duties
State Programme Manager
You will coordinate National AYUSH Mission activities, follow programme progress and keep different government levels aligned. The work also involves maintaining management information, supporting reviews and helping the mission turn plans into services across the islands.
Medical Officer-cum-Community Health Officer
You will provide homoeopathic consultation and community health support, keep clinical records and connect patients with appropriate follow-up. Your registration and professional judgement are central to safe service delivery in hospitals, dispensaries and outreach settings.
Part-Time Yoga Instructor
You will lead structured yoga and wellness sessions, demonstrate practices safely and adapt instruction to the group. You will also support attendance records and help participants understand regular, preventive-health routines.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Tenure: The contract runs for 11 months. Any renewal depends on performance, contribution, mutually agreed terms and the guidelines in force; it does not promise a regular appointment.
- Island service: Selected staff can be placed anywhere in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and must be ready to work in, or travel to, remote and hard areas.
- Shortlisting: The society may shortlist applicants for interview using criteria approved by the competent authority, and it will not issue individual interview call letters.
- Travel costs: No TA or DA is paid for attending the interview.
