ANIIDCO Consultant PRO Recruitment 2026: Overview
Andaman and Nicobar Islands Integrated Development Corporation Limited (ANIIDCO), the development corporation of the Andaman and Nicobar Administration, wants to engage a Consultant (Public Relations Officer) at its office in Sri Vijaya Puram. You would be the corporation's voice — writing press releases, coordinating with government departments and handling the media. This is a contractual consultant engagement, not a regular corporation post.
The role is built for someone from a Political Science or Public Administration background who has already done government liaison, protocol, VIP and event coordination or private-secretary work. ANIIDCO may shortlist on higher qualification and relevant experience, so list every relevant job you have held.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Tenure: One year at first, extendable by one year at a time on satisfactory performance and continuing need, up to a maximum of five years.
- Experience that does not count: Teaching, part-time work, internships, self-employment and freelancing are not treated as experience.
- Duties: You also carry out any work the competent authority assigns from time to time.
- Number of posts: The corporation may change the number of consultant positions.
- Cancellation: ANIIDCO can withdraw or cancel the selection process at any stage.
- Verification: Your engagement depends on checking your age, qualification and experience documents first.
- Interview travel: No TA/DA is paid for attending the walk-in interview in person.

The form is addressed to The General Manager (P&A), ANIIDCO Ltd., Vikas Bhawan, Post Box No. 180, Sri Vijaya Puram - 744101. The walk-in interview is on 28 October 2026 at 10:00 AM; ANIIDCO will decide whether you attend in person or by video conference, and interviews may run on a first-come-first-served basis. Bring your original certificates, two sets of biodata, self-attested copies and two passport size photographs.

- Coordinate public relations work with government departments
- Prepare and send out press releases, official communications and publicity material
- Arrange media interactions, meetings, events and public outreach programmes
- Track media coverage and keep good relations with the media
- Help improve the public image and visibility of ANIIDCO

Graduate in Political Science/Public Administration.

Handling official correspondence, public relations, Private Secretary work and computer knowledge.
