All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Department of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. The role supports the EMBARK study, a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, multicentre Phase 3 trial. The study focuses on tezepelumab and examines its effectiveness and safety for adults with moderate to very severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The department brings respiratory medicine, critical care and sleep medicine together, giving the coordinator a multidisciplinary clinical setting.

This is a hands-on project role in a major clinical-research department. You will help the study team keep participant activity, study records and coordination work aligned with the research protocol. Because EMBARK is a multicentre trial, accurate communication and consistent documentation matter across every part of the work. The post is best suited to someone comfortable working with clinicians, study participants and research information in a structured setting.

The coordinator acts as a practical link between the protocol and the department's daily study work. You may need to organise schedules, keep records ready for review and follow up on study-related activity under the investigators' direction. Careful handling of clinical-research information is important because the project compares an active medicine with placebo under blinded conditions. Your work should therefore be organised, discreet and consistent with the study team's instructions.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project tenure: The engagement is temporary and connected to the EMBARK project, whose stated duration runs up to February 2029. The appointment does not create a claim to a regular AIIMS post.
• Age concession: The notification provides category-based relaxation, which will apply only when you submit valid supporting proof.
• Screening: AIIMS will call only shortlisted applicants for the interview. Meeting the stated conditions does not guarantee an interview call.
