AI Engineering Services Limited (AIESL), a wholly owned subsidiary of AI Assets Holding Limited and a Government of India Undertaking, has invited applications for the post of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at its Delhi office. The CHRO will head the entire HR function of the company and report directly to the CEO. Preference will be given to candidates with Central/State Government or PSU experience and hands-on exposure to SAP/ERP systems. The selected candidate will be appointed on a 3-year Fixed Term Employment Contract, extendable by up to 2 more years or until the incumbent turns 65, whichever is earlier, based on performance.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need a full-time MBA with specialization in Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Relations, or an equivalent 2-year full-time Postgraduate Master's Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: You must have a minimum of 20 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management, covering manpower planning, recruitment, industrial relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, statutory compliance, payroll administration, and organizational development.
• PSU Candidates: If you're from a Central/State Public Sector Enterprise, you should have worked at the E-7 level or above, with at least 2 years in a Senior Management position.
• Private Sector Candidates: You should currently be working not more than two levels below the CEO or Head of the Organisation.
• Preference is given to candidates with Central/State Government or PSU experience and hands-on SAP/ERP experience.

Age Limit

• The upper age limit as on 1 August 2026 is 48 years.
• Age Relaxation: Relaxable up to 62 years for serving or retired employees of Central/State Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

Salary

• The post carries a consolidated all-inclusive salary of Rs. 1,65,000 per month.
• You will also get an annual increment of 3% on the salary components.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:
