RITES Limited, a Navratna government enterprise, is engaging retired professionals for its dedicated railway test track maintenance assignment. The work relates to the track between Gudha and Thathana Mithri stations in the Jodhpur Division of North Western Railway. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Initial contract: The appointment is initially for one year. You join on a contractual basis for the assignment described in this circular.
• Possible extension: RITES may extend the engagement until the assignment finishes, but this depends on mutual agreement and satisfactory performance. An extension is conditional, rather than automatic.
• Actual deployment: Deployment depends on the assignment’s requirements being fulfilled. The notice separates the period of engagement from the conditions governing actual deployment.
• Vigilance declaration: Annexure B asks you to declare your vigilance and disciplinary status. False or inconsistent information can lead to termination without prior notice.
• Agreed or Secret list: The declaration also records that inclusion in either list can lead to immediate termination of the engagement without prior notice.
• Application accuracy: The prescribed proforma asks you to confirm that your information is complete and correct. Incorrect, incomplete or false details can result in disqualification.
