• Travel and stay: IITJ will not provide accommodation, travel allowance or extra benefits for attending recruitment activities, joining or any other stage. Plan your arrangements with that condition in mind.
• Reservation: The Apprentices Act and Apprenticeship Rules govern reservation. If your category claim cannot be supported when checked, you lose the related reservation benefit.
• Completion or departure: You must obtain a No Dues certificate when you finish the apprenticeship or leave it. Providing false information or hiding facts can lead to cancellation of your application or termination of training.
• Changes to the drive: IITJ can amend or cancel the advertisement or change the positions. Its decisions on engagement and the recruitment process are final under the notice.
• Legal jurisdiction: Disputes connected with this advertisement fall under the courts at Jodhpur. Matters not covered in the notice follow the applicable apprenticeship law and rules.
