DUIET JRF Recruitment 2026: Overview

Dibrugarh University Institute of Engineering and Technology (DUIET) is recruiting a Junior Research Fellow in its Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering in Dibrugarh, Assam. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project-linked appointment: your engagement ends with the project, with an overall duration of up to 36 months. This is a temporary research appointment attached to the funded work.
• Initial tenure: the first appointment is for one year. Further continuation is reviewed annually and depends on your performance; the full project period is not an unconditional appointment term.
• Possible progression: the notice allows an upgrade from Junior Research Fellow to Senior Research Fellow under ANRF rules. Treat this as a conditional progression during the project, rather than an automatic change in designation.
• Travel arrangements: the university will not reimburse travel or daily allowance for attending the interview. You will need to meet those costs yourself if called to attend.
