Deep Chand Bandhu Hospital (DCBH), run by the Government of NCT of Delhi, is hiring Senior Residents for its hospital at Ashok Vihar, Phase IV. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Initial appointment: engagement starts for 89 days, or until the central recruitment arrangement through MAMC takes effect, whichever is earlier. You should read this as an ad hoc appointment with a defined initial term.
• Possible extension: the hospital may extend the engagement up to a maximum of three years. Continuation depends on satisfactory performance, work and conduct reported by the head of your department.
• Changing availability: posts will be filled in phases. The hospital may revise availability according to the positions still open on the day you attend.
• Priority between panels: the hospital will use its fresh-candidate list first. A separate list under the notice’s relaxed provisions will be used only after the first list is exhausted.
• Reserved posts: if suitable applicants from a reserved category are unavailable, the hospital may make a short ad hoc appointment from the general category until a regular candidate from the relevant category joins, subject to the notice’s conditions.
• Residency rules: your service will follow the Government of India residency scheme and the Civil Services Temporary Service Rules. Disability reservation follows government rules.
• Travel costs: you will need to meet your own costs of attending. The hospital will not pay travel or daily allowance for the interview.
• Ending the appointment: either side may end the engagement with seven days’ notice. The notice period does not apply when termination is on disciplinary grounds.
• Hospital discretion: the competent authority can amend or cancel the recruitment notice. An extension or later appointment should therefore not be treated as automatic.
