CUK Junior Research Fellow Recruitment 2026: Overview

Central University of Kashmir (CUK) is hiring a Junior Research Fellow for its Department of Civil Engineering at Tulmulla, Ganderbal. The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) funds the project, which studies sustainable concrete made entirely from recycled waste materials and its resistance to fire. You would join a project-based research engagement led by principal investigator Dr. Asif Hussain Shah.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project duration: The notice gives a duration of three years. Your contract ends with the project, so the engagement remains tied to that research work.
• Temporary appointment: This appointment does not give you a right to a permanent university post. Keep this condition in mind when considering the fellowship.
