CSIR-Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (CSIR-IIIM) is recruiting an Administrative Officer for its Health Technology Assessment in India (HTAIn) resource-centre project in Jammu. The Department of Health Research (DHR) funds this work under project GAP-3200, which supports the establishment of a new resource centre. This is a project contract within the institute, with continuation tied to the sponsored work.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Initial term: The appointment initially runs until 31 March 2027. The institute may extend or shorten it according to project needs, available funds and your performance or conduct.
• Project-linked engagement: Your appointment ends with the project. The combined period of project engagement across CSIR laboratories cannot exceed six years.
• Performance review: The institute will review your work periodically. Unsatisfactory performance can lead to termination without notice or a stated reason.
• No permanent appointment claim: The engagement is on behalf of the project sponsor. It does not give you a right to permanent employment or absorption at CSIR-IIIM or CSIR.
• Recruitment discretion: The institute may change the number of positions according to project needs at the interview. The Director may also leave an advertised position unfilled.
• Conduct: Trying to influence the recruitment through recommendations or pressure can disqualify you.
• Travel costs: The institute will not pay travel or daily allowances for attending the interview. You need to make your own arrangements for the visit.

The walk-in venue is CSIR-IIIM, Canal Road, Jammu. Reporting is between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM, and arriving after the reporting cut-off means you cannot take part.
