ICAR IVRI Young Professional Recruitment 2026: Overview
ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute (ICAR-IVRI) is engaging Young Professional-I and Young Professional-II for the All India Network Project on One Health approach to Zoonotic Diseases (AINP-OH). The appointments are based in the Division of Veterinary Public Health at Izatnagar, Bareilly. Both are contractual research-project engagements, with the institute's notice setting out separate profiles for the two grades.
Posts and Disciplines
- Young Professional-II: This grade belongs to the AINP-OH project in the Division of Veterinary Public Health.
- Young Professional-I: This is a separate grade within the same project and division; check its own qualification entry before choosing your application.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Tenure: The engagement lasts one year or until the project ends or is terminated, whichever happens first. Any extension follows the applicable project or funding-agency rules.
- Regular appointment: This engagement gives you no claim to absorption, re-employment or a regular post at ICAR-IVRI or ICAR.
- Ending the assignment: The institute may terminate an appointment for unsatisfactory performance without notice. You must give at least one month's notice if you choose to leave.
- Research travel: You may need to travel for the research. The institute will not pay travel or daily allowances for attending the interview.
- Conduct and governing rules: Canvassing can disqualify you. The engagement follows ICAR's Young Professional guidelines and subsequent amendments.
