High Court Legal Services Committee, Allahabad (HCLSC) is forming a panel of Panel Lawyers to provide legal aid before the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Fresh consideration: Your existing place on the HCLSC panel does not carry forward automatically. The committee asks current panel lawyers to take part in the fresh application exercise as well.
• No automatic entitlement: Applying or attending the interview does not give you a right to empanelment. The committee can shortlist, accept or reject applications under the applicable rules, and its decision is final.

• Accurate disclosures: Give complete and truthful information. Concealing facts or providing incorrect information can lead to rejection or cancellation of your empanelment.
• Case preferences: The form lets you indicate the kinds of cases you prefer, such as civil, criminal, constitutional, writ, service, family or revenue matters. It asks about previous panel, amicus curiae and mediation experience too.
