Canara Bank Securities Limited (CBSL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Canara Bank, is recruiting operations, compliance, dealing, risk and research professionals for its stock-broking and depository-participant business. The notice combines a general recruitment process with a special drive for SC, ST and OBC backlog positions. Post-wise Duties

Operations and DP Back Office

You will track regulatory and internal-control requirements, review exceptions and help the company maintain clear audit trails. The company-secretarial post also covers governance records and statutory compliance work.

You will support market-facing decisions through disciplined dealing or research, depending on the post. Accurate data, timely communication and careful adherence to company controls are central to both tracks.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Probation: candidates appointed as Assistant Vice President, Assistant Manager or Officer complete 12 months of active service on probation under company policy.
• Computer proficiency: every post needs working knowledge of computer systems used in the relevant function.
• Role level: CBSL may choose a grade or designation that reflects your qualification and past work experience.
• Recruitment control: the company may close the process after receiving enough applications or extend it when needed.
