Auraiya District Court Re-employment Recruitment 2026: Overview

The Office of the District Judge, Auraiya is filling vacant posts in the Auraiya judgeship by re-employing retired court staff. The drive follows Allahabad High Court circular no. 14/Admin 'D' Section dated 15.10.2022, which lets district courts bring back retired employees until regular appointments are made. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Who it is for: Only retired employees of the judicial establishment who have not completed 65 years of age. The form asks those who retired from a district court other than Auraiya to attach their last five years' ACRs.
• Purely temporary: The re-employment lasts one year, unless it is ended earlier or the post is filled by promotion or direct recruitment.
• When it ends: It stays valid only until you turn 65 or the post is filled under High Court orders, whichever comes first.
• How pay works: You receive your last drawn pay minus your pension as an honorarium, with other allowances under Uttar Pradesh government orders.
• Fitness and record: In the form you declare that you are fully fit and that no criminal case is pending or registered against you; false information leads to cancellation without notice.
