Selection Process

Selection will be done through a written test scheduled for 26 March 2026 at 10:00 AM. The test will be held at the respective posting locations — Spices Board Head Office in Kochi for the Kerala position and the E-Auction Center in Bodinayakanur for the Tamil Nadu position. You need to report at the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time for certificate verification.

What You Will Be Doing

As a System Support Engineer Trainee, your day-to-day work will revolve around keeping the IT systems running smoothly. This includes maintaining desktops, printers, and scanners, handling network troubleshooting, managing system data and backups, coordinating with vendors for AMC management, and providing help desk support to staff. You should be comfortable working with both Windows and Linux operating systems.

Documents You Will Need

• Identity proof — Aadhaar card, voter ID, or any government-issued photo ID
• Age proof — birth certificate or 10th class certificate showing date of birth
• Educational certificates — all mark sheets and degree/diploma certificates from a recognized university or polytechnic
• Experience certificates, if applicable
• One set of self-attested photocopies of all the above documents
• Stamp paper worth Rs. 200 for executing the agreement upon selection

• Provide support for desktops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
• Manage system data, allocation, and support across the office
• Coordinate with vendors for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) management
• Maintain regular backups of critical system data
• Troubleshoot network-related issues and ensure connectivity
