KSRLPS Taluk Program Manager Recruitment 2026: Overview
Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Promotion Society (KSRLPS) has opened a Taluk Program Manager position in Maddur taluka, Mandya district. The opening belongs to Sanjeevini's National Rural Livelihood Mission work in Karnataka, with a focus on leadership for the block team.
The role is identified as Level L4 in the organisation's reporting structure. You report directly to the Executive Officer of the Taluk Panchayat, with reporting links to the State Mission Director, district leadership and State Program Managers.

- Lead the block team and support Cluster Coordinators and Area Coordinators.
- Conduct field visits and review meetings to monitor Mission activities.
- Help community institutions prepare and carry out their plans.
- Coordinate self-help group bank linkages with financial inclusion teams.
- Prepare annual and longer-term block plans with monitoring arrangements.
- Identify disadvantaged groups needing support through Mission activities.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the district mission team.
- Coordinate with Panchayati Raj institutions, departments and non-government organisations.

Reading, writing (including typing) and speaking Kannada and English; working knowledge of computers.

At least 5 years of relevant experience after qualification. Preference for at least 1 year as Taluk Mission Manager or 2 years as Cluster Supervisor.
